Before setting up the AI Agent, you need to adjust some phone settings to avoid problems:
Navigate to Voice AI Agent Settings and configure:
1️⃣ Agent Name – Assign a unique name to your AI Agent.
2️⃣ Voice Selection – Choose from a variety of AI-generated voices (British, Australian, etc.).
3️⃣ Greeting Message – Example: “Hello! Welcome to [Your Business Name]. How can I help you today?”
4️⃣ Response Speed – Choose from Normal, Brisk, or Fast responses.
5️⃣ Call Duration Limit – Default is 15 minutes, but you can adjust as needed.

In Basic Mode, the AI Agent can:

In Advanced Mode, you can:
