A website that loads instantly, ranks, and feeds your CRM
Built static-first, wired into GoHighLevel, and maintained by us for $97 a month. Live in ten working days.
The tools we work in every day
What a slow website is quietly costing you
Websites rarely fail loudly. They fail by losing the visitor before the page finishes drawing, and by never being found in the first place.
It loses people before it loads
A phone on a normal connection, a page carrying a page-builder, three tracking scripts and unoptimised images. The visitor is gone before your headline appears, and nothing in your analytics tells you it happened.
You pay more for every ad click
Google Ads scores landing page experience as part of Quality Score, and Quality Score is one of the inputs to Ad Rank. A slow, thin landing page means you bid against competitors from a worse position and pay more for the same placement.
It does not rank, and nobody can say why
No structured data, thin service pages, duplicated titles, a sitemap nobody submitted. The site technically exists and is functionally invisible.
It is disconnected from where you work
The contact form emails you and that is all. Nothing reaches your CRM, nothing gets tagged, nothing follows up, and enquiries sit in an inbox next to invoices and spam.
Every small edit costs money and time
Changing a phone number means a developer, an invoice and a fortnight of waiting. So it never gets changed, and the site drifts further from the business it is supposed to represent.
It was never really built for a phone
Desktop first, then squeezed. Tap targets too small, text that needs pinching, a menu that fights back. Most of your traffic sees the worst version of your business.
What we build instead
Static-first. Every page is rendered ahead of time and served as a finished file from a global edge network, so there is no database query and no server render between the click and the content.

A ceiling, not a target. Most businesses land well under it and pay the same.
How speed turns into leads and lower ad costs
Speed is not a vanity metric. It sits upstream of three things that decide what your website actually earns.
Lower cost per click
Landing page experience feeds Quality Score, and Quality Score feeds Ad Rank. Improve the page and you compete for the same clicks from a stronger position. How far your CPC moves depends on your account and your competition, so we will not put a number on it before we have seen your data.
More of the clicks you already pay for
Every visitor who leaves during a slow load was already paid for. Recovering them costs nothing extra in ad spend, which is why page speed is usually the cheapest conversion work available to you.
A real chance at organic traffic
Core Web Vitals are a confirmed Google ranking signal, and speed is the part of it most sites fail. Combined with proper structure and real content, it is what makes ranking possible rather than accidental.
Built to capture, not just to look nice
Clear calls to action on every page, forms that ask only what you need, click-to-call on mobile, and an AI chat widget for people who will not fill in a form. Every one of them lands in your CRM tagged.
Found by search engines and by AI answers
Two audiences now, and both need the same underlying discipline that most builders skip.
- A unique, written title and meta description on every page. Not generated from the H1.
- Structured data matched to the page type: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Article and BreadcrumbList where each belongs.
- FAQ blocks whose schema matches text a visitor can actually read on the page, which is the condition for being allowed to use it at all.
- Answer-first writing, so the opening sentence under a heading answers the heading. That is what gets a passage quoted in an AI answer.
- Split XML sitemaps by content type, plus robots.txt and llms.txt, so traditional crawlers and AI crawlers can both read the site properly.
- Clean internal linking, canonical tags, and a 301 for any URL that ever moves.
- Google Analytics and Search Console set up, verified and connected, with consent handled properly.

Five websites
For a group of locations, a franchise, or an agency reselling websites to its own clients under its own name.
$1,200 one-time build fee for all five, charged after approval
- Everything in the single site plan, five times over
- Up to 60 pages on each site
- 10 revisions a month per site
- A separate domain, ticket allowance and reporting for each
- One invoice rather than five
- Add weekly blog publishing on request
What 10 revisions a month actually covers
This is the part people underestimate. Most agencies bill hourly for changes, so the site slowly stops matching the business. Here the edits are already paid for: open a ticket, we do it, no invoice arrives.
New pages
A new service, a new location, a seasonal landing page for a campaign. Written, built and linked in properly, not bolted on.
Content updates
Rewrite a section, update your prices, change your opening hours, add a new certification or accreditation.
Colours and branding
New brand colours, a new logo, updated fonts. Applied across the whole site at once rather than page by page.
Team members
Someone joins, someone leaves, someone gets a new title and a new photo. The about page stays current instead of quietly going stale.
Images and galleries
Swap in your own photography, add a project gallery, replace stock with real work. Everything resized and converted properly on the way in.
Offers and announcements
A promotion banner, a holiday notice, a new lead magnet. Up quickly, and taken down again just as quickly.
Worth knowing before you buy
The things we would tell you on the call anyway.
- 01
Speed is the cheapest conversion work you have
You are already paying for the traffic. Making the page load faster costs nothing per visitor and lifts every channel at once, which is rarely true of anything else on a marketing budget.
- 02
Nobody can promise you a ranking position
We control speed, structure, schema, content and internal linking, and we do all of them properly. Where you land also depends on your competition and how long your domain has existed. Anyone guaranteeing position one is guessing.
- 03
Copy first is why ten days works
We write and get your approval on the words before any design happens. Projects that slip are almost always waiting on content, so we take that off the critical path.
- 04
Sixty pages is a ceiling, not a goal
Ten strong pages beat sixty thin ones every time. We will tell you when adding pages would dilute the site rather than help it, even though the price is the same either way.
- 05
You own your content and your domain
Outright, and you can take both elsewhere whenever you like. The hosting, tooling and maintenance are the subscription. There is no exit fee and no argument.
- 06
The build fee comes last for a reason
You see the finished site on your own domain before the larger payment is taken. It removes the risk from your side and keeps us honest about the timeline.
From kickoff to live in ten working days
- 1
Day 1: kickoff call
Services, area, competitors, and the three things the site actually needs to do. You pay the first monthly only. The build fee is not charged yet.
- 2
Days 2 to 4: structure and copy
We map the pages, write them, and send the copy for review before any design happens. Copy first is why this stays on schedule.
- 3
Days 5 to 8: build
Pages built, images sourced and optimised, schema added, forms and chat wired into the CRM, Core Web Vitals checked as we go rather than at the end.
- 4
Day 9: your review
A staging link on a real device. You list everything you want changed, in one pass, and we change it.
- 5
Day 10: live
Domain pointed, SSL issued, sitemaps submitted, analytics verified, Lighthouse re-run on the live site. The build fee is charged now, after you are happy, not before.

Common questions
Something not covered? Email us and a person replies.
What does it cost in total?
A single site is $497 one-time plus $97 a month. You pay only the first monthly invoice up front; the $497 is charged after the site is live and you have approved it. The monthly covers hosting, your domain, SSL, the CRM connection and your ten revisions, so there is no surprise bill later.
Do you really hit 90 to 100 on Lighthouse?
That is what we build to, on mobile and desktop, and we re-run it on the live site before handing over. It is achievable because the pages are pre-rendered and ship almost no JavaScript. The honest caveat: if you later add heavy third-party scripts, a chat tool, a booking embed, several tracking pixels, the score will move. We will tell you what each one costs you before you add it.
Will this lower my Google Ads cost per click?
It improves the part Google actually measures. Landing page experience is a component of Quality Score, and Quality Score feeds Ad Rank, which decides what you pay per click. Whether that shows up as a big saving or a small one depends on your account, your competition and how bad the current page is. Anyone quoting you a percentage before seeing your data is making it up.
What exactly does the $97 a month cover?
Managed hosting on a global edge network, your domain registration and renewal, SSL, DNS, the AI chat widget, the CRM connection, security and uptime monitoring, and ten revision tickets a month. It is a maintenance retainer rather than server rent.
What counts as one revision?
One request. Adding a new page is one. Changing your opening hours across the site is one. Swapping six images on the same page is one. We are not counting keystrokes, and in practice almost nobody reaches ten.
How fast do revisions get done?
Usually the same or next working day. Larger items like a new multi-section page take a little longer, and we will tell you when you open the ticket rather than leaving you guessing.
Can you write blog posts as well?
Yes. Add automated blog publishing for $197 a month in total and we publish two posts a week, written around your services and the questions your customers actually search for. Each is researched, internally linked and given proper schema, not spun.
What if I need more than one website?
Five sites are $1,200 one-time plus $297 a month in total. That suits a group of locations, a franchise, or an agency reselling websites. Each site gets its own domain, its own ticket allowance and its own reporting.
Do I own the website?
You own the domain, the content and the copy outright, and you can take them elsewhere at any time. The hosting, build tooling and maintenance are the service you subscribe to. If you leave, we hand over your content and domain without argument or an exit fee.
Can I edit pages myself?
You can, but most clients would rather not, which is why the edits are included. Open a ticket describing what you want changed and it is usually done the same or next working day. Faster than learning a page builder, and considerably faster than an agency retainer.
Will this actually rank?
It will be built so that ranking is possible, which is not the same as promised. Speed, structured data, clean URLs, real content and correct internal linking are the parts we control, and we do all of them properly. Where you land also depends on your competition and how long the site has existed.
