Sell our snapshots to other GoHighLevel agencies
The standard license covers one agency. The reseller license lets you sell the snapshot itself.
The tools we work in every day
Which license do you already have?
Every purchase comes with the standard license. It is more generous than most people expect, and for the majority of agencies it is the only license they will ever need.
You use it in your own agency
Standard license. Import the snapshot into as many sub-accounts as you like inside your agency account. There is no per-install fee and no seat counting.
You install it for your own clients
Standard license. Building, customising, hosting and managing the account for a client you serve is exactly what it is for, and you charge whatever you want for that work.
You want to sell the snapshot to another agency
Reseller license. Handing the build to another GoHighLevel agency to use in their own account is redistribution, and the standard license does not cover it.
You want to sell it from your own website
Reseller license. Listing it as a product, a template, a download or a bonus is selling our product rather than your service.
Standard license against reseller license
The same snapshot, two different rights. The row that decides it for most people is the fourth one.

|---|---|---|
| Included with every purchase | Yes, at no extra cost | No. $1,350 per snapshot, plus the snapshot fee |
| Agency accounts you may install it in | One agency account, yours | One agency account, yours |
| Sub-accounts inside that agency | Unlimited, no per-install fee | Unlimited, no per-install fee |
| Sell the snapshot to other GHL agencies | No | Yes |
| Sell it from your own website or shop | No | Yes |
| Charge your own clients for work built on it | Yes, at any price you set | Yes, at any price you set |
| Modify, rebrand and rewrite it | Yes, completely | Yes, completely |
| Attribution required | None | None |
| Your buyers may resell it onward | Not applicable | No. They receive a standard license |
| Bulk pricing | Not applicable | Yes, quoted on request |
| Term | Perpetual for the version you bought | Perpetual for the version you bought |
What the standard license already lets you do
Read this before you buy a reseller license. A lot of agencies ask for one when they do not need it, and we would rather tell you that than take the payment.
- Install the snapshot in unlimited sub-accounts inside your own agency account, with no per-install fee.
- Set up, customise and run the build inside a client sub-account that lives under your agency, and charge that client whatever you like.
- Rewrite every word, redesign every page and restructure the workflows. It is yours to change.
- Use it for as many different industries and clients as you can sell to, for as long as you like.
- Run it white label. Nothing carries our name and no attribution is required anywhere.
- Keep working with it after the update and support window closes. The license itself does not expire.
What the reseller license adds
One right, stated plainly: you may put the snapshot itself in someone else's hands for money.
Sell to other GoHighLevel agencies
Another agency buys the snapshot from you and imports it into their own agency account, where they then use it under a standard license of their own.
Sell it from your own website
List it in your own shop, at your own price, under your own brand. You set the price and you keep everything you charge.
Rebrand it as your own product
New name, new screenshots, new sales page, rewritten copy. Nothing obliges you to mention where the build came from.
Hand over the share link
Delivering the GoHighLevel share link to a paying buyer is redistribution, which is exactly the thing the standard license forbids and this license permits.
Bundle it into your own offer
Include it with your course, your programme or your agency onboarding, as long as the person receiving it is a paying customer of yours.
No cap on how many you sell
The fee is one time per snapshot. Sell it to five agencies or five hundred, the licence fee does not change and there is no revenue share.
Pricing
The reseller license is priced per snapshot, once, and it is on top of the snapshot's own price. If you already own the snapshot, you pay the license fee alone.
Standard license
What arrives with any snapshot, funnel or template you buy. One agency, unlimited sub-accounts inside it, and full freedom to charge your own clients.
- Unlimited sub-accounts inside your own agency account
- Install for as many of your own clients as you like
- Modify, rebrand and rewrite everything
- White label, no attribution required
- Perpetual for the version you bought
- No right to sell the snapshot itself onward
Reseller license
Everything in the standard license, plus the right to sell that snapshot to other GoHighLevel agencies and from your own website, under your own brand.
+ snapshot fee the snapshot's own price, paid once. Already own it? The license fee alone.
- Sell the snapshot to other GoHighLevel agencies
- Sell it from your own website, at your own price
- Rebrand it completely and keep 100% of what you charge
- No revenue share, no per-sale fee, no cap on volume
- Deliver the share link to your buyers
- Bulk pricing when you license several at once
- Your buyers receive a standard license, not a reseller one
Buying several at once
Reseller licenses are discounted when you take more than one, and the discount grows with the number of snapshots. We quote it per enquiry rather than publishing a table, because what makes sense for three snapshots in one industry is different from what makes sense for a whole catalogue.
- 1
Email us the list
Send the snapshots you want reseller rights on to [email protected]. Say roughly how you plan to sell them, because it changes what we recommend.
- 2
You get a written quote
One figure, itemised, including the snapshot fees for anything you do not already own. No call required unless you want one.
- 3
Agreement and invoice
A short written license addendum naming the exact products covered, then a single invoice. The addendum is what you can show a buyer who asks whether you are allowed to sell it.
- 4
Delivery
Share links and files for everything covered, sent once payment clears. Usually the same working day.
Worth knowing before you buy reseller rights
The things we would tell you on email anyway.
- 01
Most agencies never need this
If your clients are businesses you build and manage accounts for, the standard license already covers you completely, including unlimited sub-accounts. The reseller license is only for selling the snapshot itself to people who will run it in their own agency.
- 02
It is per snapshot, not per catalogue
The fee buys reseller rights on one product. Licensing five snapshots means five licenses, which is exactly the situation the bulk pricing exists for, so ask before you buy them one at a time.
- 03
Your buyers cannot resell it onward
They receive a standard license from you: unlimited sub-accounts inside their own agency, no right to redistribute. That protects the value of what you just bought as much as it protects ours.
- 04
Rebranding it properly is your job, not ours
Nothing stops you selling it under your own name, but new screenshots, a written sales page and your own support are what make it a product rather than a forwarded file. Budget time for that, not just the license fee.
- 05
Buy the rights before you take the money
The license has to be in place before the first sale, not after. If a deal is already agreed and you need this quickly, say so in the email and we will turn the paperwork around the same day.
- 06
Selling a service never needed a license
Charging a client to build, customise, host and run their account has always been allowed under the standard license, at any price you like. The line is whether the snapshot itself changes hands.
Where the line sits, in one sentence each
- Selling your work: allowed under the standard license, always, at any price.
- Installing in your own client sub-accounts: allowed under the standard license, unlimited.
- Handing the snapshot to another agency for their own account: reseller license.
- Listing it as a product or download on your own site: reseller license.
- Giving it away free to someone who has not bought it from you: not allowed under either license.
- Uploading it to a marketplace, template library, community or file share: not allowed under either license.

Common questions
Something not covered? Email us and a person replies.
What is a reseller license?
It is the right to sell a Top GHL Snapshots build to other GoHighLevel agencies, and from your own website, under your own brand. It costs $1,350 per snapshot on top of the snapshot's own price, once, with no revenue share and no cap on how many copies you sell. Every purchase comes with the standard license instead, which covers your own agency but not reselling.
Do I need a reseller license to use a snapshot for my clients?
No. The standard license that comes with every purchase already lets you install the snapshot in unlimited sub-accounts inside your own agency account, including sub-accounts you run for clients, and charge those clients whatever you like for the work. You only need a reseller license if the snapshot itself is going to change hands.
What exactly does the standard license cover?
One agency account, with unlimited sub-accounts inside it. No per-install fee, no seat counting, full freedom to modify and rebrand, no attribution required, and no expiry on the version you bought. What it does not cover is redistribution: selling, sharing or handing the snapshot to anyone who has not bought it from us.
Can I sell the snapshot to another GoHighLevel agency?
Only with a reseller license. Another agency importing the build into their own agency account is redistribution, which the standard license does not allow. With the reseller license it is exactly what you are paying for, and you keep everything you charge.
How much does a reseller license cost?
$1,350 per snapshot, one time, plus the snapshot's own price if you do not already own it. If you already bought the snapshot, you pay the $1,350 on its own. There is no monthly fee, no revenue share and no per-sale cost.
Is there a discount for buying several?
Yes. Reseller licenses are discounted when you take more than one, and the discount grows with the number of snapshots. We quote it per enquiry rather than publishing a table, so email [email protected] with the list you want and you will get one written figure back.
Can the people I sell to resell it again?
No. Your buyers receive a standard license: unlimited sub-accounts inside their own agency, full freedom to modify, no right to redistribute. If one of them wants reseller rights too, they buy their own license from us. This keeps what you bought worth something.
Do I have to credit you when I resell it?
No. There is no attribution requirement under either license. You may rename it, rebrand it, take your own screenshots, write your own sales page and sell it as your own product.
Do you take a cut of what I sell it for?
No. The license fee is one time and that is the end of it. You set your own price, keep 100% of it, and there is no reporting requirement or sales cap.
Does the reseller license expire?
No. It is perpetual for the version of the snapshot you licensed. Support and update windows are separate and are described on the product page, but the right to sell what you licensed does not lapse.
Can I get reseller rights on funnels and AI Studio templates too?
Yes. The same license applies to funnels, AI Studio website templates and dashboards. Email us which products you want covered and the quote will list them individually.
What happens if someone resells without a license?
The standard license ends immediately, with no refund, and any remaining support and update entitlement ends with it. We would much rather send an email and have it stop, which is what usually happens. If you are unsure whether something you are planning is covered, ask first and you will get a straight answer.
Ask about a reseller license
Send the snapshots you want reseller rights on and roughly how you plan to sell them. You will get one written quote back, including bulk pricing if you are licensing more than one.
