- Remote, with overlap hours agreed per role rather than imposed globally.
- Written first. Decisions get documented so nobody has to attend a meeting to learn them.
- You own what you build, including maintaining it when HighLevel changes underneath it.
- Deep work is protected. We do not fill calendars with status meetings.
- Product quality beats output volume. A snapshot that converts badly is worse than one that ships late.
- Say when something is not working. That is the job, not a complaint.

Half an hour on how you approach builds, what you would have done differently on the thing you showed us, and what you want to work on.

A paid test project
A small, real, scoped piece of work. Paid, because unpaid test projects are a way of getting free labour.

Rate, hours and what you would own. We move quickly once the test is done.

Are there open roles right now?
We hire continuously rather than posting fixed vacancies, because good HighLevel builders are hard to find and worth making room for. Send something you built and we will tell you honestly whether there is a fit right now.
Do I need agency experience?
It helps a great deal. Understanding why a client asks for something is most of the job, and that understanding usually comes from having been on the other side.
Is this employment or contract?
Most people start on contract because we are distributed across several countries. Long-term arrangements get worked out individually.
What if I only know part of the stack?
Apply anyway and be clear about what you do not know. Nobody here knows all of HighLevel, and pretending otherwise on an application is a bad start.
