More of what people tell us
Shorter notes, without a graphic attached. First names only, and no company is ever named.
Honestly I'd built the same HVAC account four times already. Bought this on a Tuesday, had a client live by Thursday. The workflows were the bit I always dreaded and they were just... done.
The multiple designs thing is what got me. Showed my dental client three, she picked one, and I still have the other two sitting there for the next practice. Paid for itself on the first job.
I braced myself for placeholder text everywhere. There wasn't any. I changed maybe a fifth of the copy and shipped the rest as it came.
Import was clean, no complaints there. Just be ready to reconnect your own sending domain and number, it's not automatic. Took me twenty minutes once I knew. Would have been nice to know before I started.
I'm not a tech person at all. Fully expected to get stuck and have to pay someone. There's one screen where you put your business details in and everything else just picks them up. That was it.
The support is genuinely why I'm still here. I thought I was buying a file. When an automation wasn't firing someone actually got on it with me and stayed until it worked. You don't get that anywhere.
After the setup help I basically asked if I could keep one of their guys. We've had someone with us every month since. Cheaper than hiring and he already knew our whole setup, so there was no ramp up.
You can tell the person replying has actually built the thing they're explaining. No script, no copy paste answer. Sounds like a small thing but try getting that anywhere else.
Two days in and the chat thing had booked 3 appointments. One of them turned into an actual job that week. I was expecting to spend a month tweaking it before anything came of it.
First weekend it answered 11 messages and booked 4 of them in. Two showed up, one rebooked. That's a normal weekend for us honestly, the difference is I wasn't the one typing at 10pm.
Got 5 enquiries out of the DMs in the first week and closed 1. Small numbers, I know. But that one job paid for about four months of it, so I'm not complaining.
Week one we had 3 new patient bookings come through the site chat, two of which came in after we'd closed. That's the bit that sold me, it works the hours I don't.
Imported it on the Tuesday, had the client's pipeline live by Thursday, and they booked 2 calls off it the same week. First time a snapshot has actually paid for itself before I invoiced.
Our old site was a 40 on mobile. Forty. I didn't even know you could check that until they showed me. The new one sits at 98 on mobile and 100 on desktop, and honestly the difference you feel on a phone is bigger than the number makes it sound.
We were on 60-something on mobile and I'd been told that was normal for our kind of site. Apparently not. It's 100 on both now. What I actually notice is people stop dropping off before the booking form loads.
I test every client site on PageSpeed now because of these guys. We came from the low 40s on mobile. First rebuild landed at 90, they weren't happy with it, kept going and got it to 98. I would have signed off at 90.
100 on desktop and 100 on mobile. I screenshotted it. Our old one was somewhere in the 40s and the whole thing felt like wading through mud on 4G. Nobody complains about the site any more, which is the real test.
We moved our landing pages off the funnel builder onto a build they did. Night and day on load time. Our cost per click came down too, which I didn't expect from a page speed job.
Same ads, same budget, faster page. Quality score moved and the cost per lead came with it. I've been buying media for years and I still underrated how much the landing page was hurting me.
Google Ads was eating us alive and it was the landing page doing it. They rebuilt it outside GoHighLevel. Loads instantly now and people actually stick around long enough to fill the form in.
Organic was flat for over a year. Nothing. After the rebuild the pages were fast and the structure made sense and search finally started sending people. No magic, they just did the boring stuff properly.
I was posting maybe once a fortnight and feeling bad about it the rest of the time. Handed it over and now it's just handled. Got my evenings back, which sounds dramatic but it's true.
Posting is steady and they handle the replies. Took a couple of goes to get the tone sounding like us rather than generic clinic stuff, but once it clicked I stopped thinking about it.
They run social for three of my clients now. That's a whole role I don't have to hire for. And the reporting actually says something instead of just dumping numbers on me.
The AI agent picks up everything after hours, which is when half our calls were coming in and going nowhere. It books, it asks the right questions, and it hands over properly when someone needs a human.
We needed something that knew our actual booking rules, not a chatbot that says sorry I didn't catch that. They built it round how we work. It's been running on its own for months.
Our CRM and our scheduling tool didn't talk to each other so someone spent every morning copying stuff across by hand. They wrote the integration and that job just doesn't exist anymore.
Built to spec and they pushed back where my spec was wrong, which I appreciated even when I didn't at the time. Ran about a week over. I'd take that over something rushed.
I asked for one automation and they told me two of the steps didn't need to exist. Ended up smaller and cheaper than what I came in asking for. Not many people talk themselves out of work like that.
