What is a GHL floating chat widget?
A small button that floats in a corner of a website or of GoHighLevel and opens every way to reach you: WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, a call, live chat, booking, a form or your reviews. The customizer has 51 templates across 7 widget types.
Is this the same as the GoHighLevel chat widget?
No. GoHighLevel’s own chat widget is one conversation channel. A floating widget is a launcher for several channels at once, and one of them can be your GoHighLevel chat or form if you want it to be.
Which channels can it show?
15 contact channels, including WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, call, email, live chat and booking, plus 34 social networks with their official icons.
Can it hide the phone outside business hours?
Yes. Channels such as calls can show only while you are open, with an away message outside your hours.
Can I embed my GoHighLevel form in it?
Yes. Use the built-in short form with responses sent to your webhook or email, or embed your own GoHighLevel, Typeform, Jotform or Google form instead.
Who sees it inside GoHighLevel?
